TABLE  Plate

Contains information about each survey plate measurement used in the SSA.

The details of each plate (eg. emulsion, filter, epoch etc.) and the
measurement (eg. date, time, machine etc.) are stored in this
table, along with image map processing parameters (eg. detection
threshold, astrometric solution, etc.)
